Welcome to the Hall of Dawn (HOD), the first chapter of Costa. Our department functions as the Human Resources department of Costa, responsible for managing user registration and introducing new users to our community. We're also here to connect you with other users, and help you find the right department to work in based on your interests and skills.

In addition, the HOD is responsible for sending out announcements and notifications to keep you informed about important updates and events. We value your feedback and suggestions, and work hard to ensure that Costa is a welcoming and engaging community for everyone.
